- January 2001 - Vassar is coming!
The legendary Vassar Clements (Old & In the Way, Grateful Dead, Allman Brothers, Jazz is Dead) will join LCB Bluegrass for 2 very special shows in January of 2001. Friday January 26 is at the Warehouse in Charelston, SC. Tickets can be purchased by calling 843-720-7783. This beautiful venue features the best acoustics in all of Charelston. Then, it's "One More Saturday Night" at JJ Cagney's on January 27 w/ Vassar Clements. Savannah loves their Vassar! Tickets at 912-233-2444.
- October 2000 - I Love New York
LCB played the world's largest music showcase at the CMJ 2000 Music and Film Fest. We loved NY, but have some uh, different views about CMJ 2000. Two thumbs down for this event says LCB Bluegrass.
- September 2000 - First West Coast Shows!
LCB Bluegrass made their first ever appearance on the West Coast in Portland, Oregon for the North By NorthWest Music Showcase. What an event! Standing room crowds greeted LCB and we got our first tatse of the love people have there for music. I think we just found our new home! - August 2000 - LCB signs w/ Music City Attractions
LCB's album featuring Vassar Clements is heading to national radio near you. Music City Attractions (MCA) has signed on to promote the band's album on U.S. radio. According to MCA, which promotes such artists as Bela Fleck, Hank Williams III, Junior Brown and Ricky Skaggs; LCB is in rotation on over 200 stations in the U.S. If we aren't on a station near you, visit Music City Attractions and let them know!!
